Hi, I’m Kimberley, I am so glad you stopped by and want to know more about me.

I am the Founder, Facilitator and Personal Insight Coach of The Insight Technique™.  

Did you know, we have atleast 50,000 thoughts a day?  It’s fascinating isn’t it? 

Did you also know, majority of them are negative and generally attached to the past and the future?

I decided that if I was having that many thoughts a day I better understand how they are affecting my life.   

I always felt there was something missing in my life, so I tried to fill that void in everyway posssible.  I became the victim to my thoughts and circumstances, then the victor over them and now I am victorious within them, what a difference!

Searching endlessly outside myself for happiness, purpose, peace of mind, love, success and meaning left me feeling empty and alone.  Through my personal and professional experiences I developed The Insight Technique™.

I am certified in Body Mind Counselling, Process Oriented Body Work, Polarity Therapy, and Spiritual Psychotherapy.   

I founded the Insight Technique™ – Your Insight to genuine Happiness, Purpose and Prosperity to assist myself and others in uncovering and discovering their brilliance. To truly shine from the inside out.  To question and understand our thinking so we can move forward in all areas of our lives.   

Our beliefs towards our thoughts can keep us stuck and stressed.   I know that the very things that seem to cause the stress, frustration, struggle and challenges are also the very things that can transform your life.      

The Insight Technique™ is a very simple yet valuable process where stressful thoughts about yourself, your life, and other people, are handled through insight and with ease so that you can get on with living life, instead of life living you.
